Why it exists
The best health thinking is scattered across long podcasts, clinics, journals and feeds full of people selling something. Nobody has time to hear all of it, weigh it, and turn it into a plan for a Tuesday morning. Entrain does the listening, so you can do the living.
Its roots are in the two ideas that shape almost everything else: your body clock, and the energy your cells make. Food, training, sleep, hormones, gut health, the heart and the mind all meet there.
How it listens
Every voice is a doctor, PhD, licensed clinician or credentialed coach whose qualifications have been checked. Each teaching is linked to its source, and to the very moment it was said where the medium allows. An idea only becomes a recommendation when independent experts arrive at the same place on their own.
How it stays honest
